RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF DIRECTOR, NATIONAL COUNCIL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND TRAINING (NCERT)–EXTENSION OF LAST DATE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS

This has reference to advertisement for recruitment to the post of Director, NCERT, published on 26/09/2009 in leading newspapers and in the Employment News. The same has also been hosted on the websites www.education.nic.in and www.ncert.nic.in. Para No. 2 (iv) of the advertisement has been modified. The modified Para reads as under:

2 (iv)  Age Limit: Candidate shall not be more than 57 years old as on 01/01/2010. However, in case of exceptionally qualified candidate, this may be relaxed.

The last date for receipt of applications has been extended to 30/11/2009
